Our School Development Plan sets out the key priorities that will guide our work across the academic year. These priorities are informed by our evaluation of the school, pupil outcomes, feedback from staff, governors, pupils and families, and our wider vision of:

School Development Plan 2026–2027

Our School Development Plan for 2026–2027 is currently being finalised and will be presented to the Governing Body for approval.

Once approved, a summary of our key priorities will be published on this page.

Our improvement work this year is focused on ensuring that:

• pupils experience consistently high-quality teaching and learning;

• children with SEND and additional needs receive effective and timely support;

• behaviour, routines and expectations are clear and consistent across the school;

• subject leadership and curriculum development continue to strengthen;

• staff receive effective professional development, support and feedback;

• pupils benefit from a broad range of opportunities for personal development, leadership and enrichment;

• our Early Years provision continues to develop and provides children with a strong start to their education.

These priorities will be supported by regular monitoring, evaluation and review by school leaders and governors.

We will publish the final 2026–2027 School Development Plan summary following approval by the Governing Body.
