Wraparound Care at Manuden

At Manuden, we are delighted to offer a well-established and extremely popular wraparound care provision through Manuden Morning Larks and Manuden Night Owls. These sessions provide a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children before and after school, perfectly reflecting our vision of “Growing hearts, Growing minds, Growing dreams.”

Led by the experienced and friendly Mrs. Williams, our wraparound care has become a favourite part of the school day for many children.

Manuden Morning Larks gives children a calm, positive, and enjoyable start to their day with:

  • Relaxed reading or mindfulness colouring to wake the mind gently

  • Fun board games and creative activities to spark curiosity

  • Exciting craft projects to get creative juices flowing

  • A healthy breakfast, including a cooked breakfast every Friday

In the afternoons, Manuden Night Owls is the perfect way for children to unwind, have fun, and continue learning in an informal, friendly setting. Children enjoy:

  • Active outdoor play for fresh air and energy release

  • Engaging craft and project-based activities

  • Group games and puzzles that develop teamwork and problem-solving skills

  • Dedicated time for homework with supportive adults on hand

  • Delicious light snacks to keep energy levels high

Families love the flexibility, the friendly atmosphere, and the wide range of activities that make every session fun, enriching, and memorable. At Manuden, our wraparound care isn’t just childcare – it’s an extension of our school community, helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally while giving parents peace of mind.

Our Sessions run from:

Manuden Morning Larks – 7:30am – 8:45am

(£6.25)

Manuden Night Owls – 3:15pm – 5:30pm

We have three options for our evening sessions. 

Option A - 3:15pm - 4:15pm (£5)

Option B - 4:15pm - 5:30pm (£6.25)

Option C - 3:15pm - 5:30pm (£11.25) 

The booking system can be found through the SCOPAY mobile app (www.scopay.com) – our normal school payment system.
