Manuden Primary School provides wraparound care before and after the school day for pupils from Reception to Year 6.

Our wraparound provision is led by Rebecca Williams – Breakfast & After School Club Lead.

Morning Larks

Time: 7:30am–8:40am

Morning Larks provides care before the start of the school day. Children are supervised until the school gates open at 8:40am, when they join the normal school day.

Night Owls

Our after-school provision runs from the end of the school day until 5:30pm.

Current session options and prices are:

• 3:15pm–4:15pm – £5.50
• 4:15pm–5:30pm – £6.75
• 3:15pm–5:30pm – £11.75

Children attending an extracurricular after-school club may join Night Owls from 4:15pm afterwards, provided a place has been booked.

Booking and Payment

Wraparound care is booked and paid for through SCOPAY.

Parents are encouraged to book in advance. However, where spaces remain available, bookings may also be made at shorter notice.

Places are subject to availability.

Collection

Children attending Night Owls should be collected from the School Office.

Medical Needs and Allergies

Wraparound staff have access to relevant medical and allergy information held by the school.

Parents and carers are nevertheless encouraged to speak directly to Rebecca if there is anything particularly important that staff should be aware of, especially where a child's medical needs, medication or allergies have recently changed.

Please also ensure that the School Office is kept informed of any changes to your child's medical information.

Safeguarding

The same safeguarding expectations and procedures apply during wraparound care as during the school day.

All staff working with children follow the school's safeguarding procedures and any concerns are managed in accordance with the Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy.
